IN RUSSIA

We work with the transport company CDEK, which delivers orders to the point of delivery or to the door. The cost and delivery time are calculated automatically, they depend on how far the purchases will travel. The order itself must be paid in full immediately by credit card.

ALL OVER THE WORLD

Outside Russia, we ship orders by DHL transport company to your door. To arrange international delivery, contact our managers on WhatsApp - they will clarify the cost of shipping and send a link to payment.

Return Policy
– The return of a product of proper quality is carried out if the item has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash register receipt.
– The online store has the right to refuse a return in cases of violation of the conditions for preserving the presentation. In this case, all return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Important! The following items are not subject to exchange or return: underwear, stockings, socks, swimsuits, bodysuits, leggings, gaiters and other sewing and knitted underwear and hosiery.

How to issue a return?
– Email us at hi@mycomplicated.com to request a return form.
– If you simply want to exchange an item of one size for another, you do not need to fill out the application.
– Return processing takes up to 10 business days from receipt of the return package. After processing the return, the money will be returned to the card with which you paid for the order. The crediting period depends on your bank.

How to return the clothes themselves?
– By courier in Moscow
Send a courier with the return to our warehouse (the address is indicated on the return application form).

– Transport company
Send the return by courier service (any one of your choice) to our warehouse in Moscow. The address is indicated on the return application form.

All shipping costs for returning the order are paid by the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects: in this case, we will reimburse them. The buyer pays return shipping costs immediately upon shipment.
